Armeria Olimpic Sport Srl is the exclusive owner of the website that offers various services regarding the search and sale of sporting goods and related accessories. APPLICABLE LAW

The purchase and sale of products and services by electronic means is governed by Legislative Decree no. 70 of 09.04.2003(Italy), as amended and supplemented, by Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Consumer Code)(Italy), as amended and supplemented, on the subject of distance selling with consumers, and by European Community Directive 2003/31/EC, implemented in Italy with Legislative Decree 70 of 2013, as amended and supplemented.

The sales contract between the Customer and the company Armeria Olimpic Sport Srl will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with these conditions and in any case in accordance with Italian law.

OBLIGATIONS

With the order, the Customer is obliged to pay the price and collect the ordered goods; in case of non-compliance by the Customer, Armeria Olimpic Sport Srl reserves the protection of its rights in the competent offices.

WARNING: Armeria Olimpic Sport Srl is not liable if the Customer is not in possession of the qualifying qualifications relating to the goods ordered and purchased. It is the exclusive responsibility of the Customer/Purchaser to inquire about local laws governing the port and the use of the items he intends to purchase.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

By placing an order, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to accept in full the terms and conditions transcribed below.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Permissions

Most products do not require an enabling licence; however, it should be noted that for some articles it is necessary to have the qualification title / clearance. These items cannot be purchased online but it will be possible to send a request directly from the website.

2. Prices

All prices displayed on the site are expressed in euros and include VAT. Prices may change at any time.

All prices are inclusive of VAT and may differ from the prices applied in the shop. The information shown may be subject to change without notice.

The following conditions of sale are considered known and accepted by the Customer and therefore each order will imply implicit acceptance of them.

3.Payment

The following methods are accepted for payment:

3.1) MasterCard and Visa credit cards and related circuits.

Please note that when filling out the payment form for the purchase you must provide the full credit card number, expiry date, credit card security code, and the full name of the person to whom the card is issued.

4. Orders and product availability

The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Armeria Olimpic Sport Srl. by means of an automatic e-mail response sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer during the order process. This message will indicate the date and order number, to be used in any other communication with the armoury.

The Customer reserves the right to verify the correctness of the data contained and to promptly notify the Armeria Olimpic Sport Srl of any corrections. Normally, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail (also valid for the purposes of the warranty claim under the law) when the order is placed and a confirmation e-mail when the package is delivered to an Italian courier.

The online catalogue includes products with the relative quantity in stock. In the event that the product is no longer available, the word “Out of stock” will be displayed on the product page.

The availability of the products must be considered purely indicative; if any product becomes unavailable, the Armeria Olimpic Sport will contact the Customer who will choose whether to cancel the order, replace the product or wait for the time necessary for the replenishment, communicating this via email.

5. Delivery

Armeria Olimpic Sport Srl applies rates on shipments based on weight, content, volume or destination of the product, with shipments on national and international territory. In the event that products not immediately available are added to the available goods order, “Backorder”, these will be sent with a second shipment only when they are back in stock or will be sent as a single shipment when all the requested products are available.
In addition there is also the possibility of purchase and payment with subsequent collection from our armory at no additional cost.

The products ordered online are shipped by a courier chosen according to the shipping address. Delivery times vary according to the payment method chosen. For credit cards, PayPal and Nexi xPay the goods will be sent to the courier within 24 hours after the order (excluding holidays), while for payment by bank transfer the goods will be sent to the courier after verifying the credit.

If the courier does not deliver in the first attempt, another attempt will be made the following day, after which the package will remain in deposit at the courier branch for about ten days. If, after this period, the parcel is not collected by the Customer, the parcel will be returned to the sender with a charge and the Customer will be charged for the re-shipping.

Please note that if the shipping address is different from the billing address it must be entered during the order process in the appropriate area. Please note that the Backorders are shipped to the same address and in the same way as the original order.

The cost for shipping is not unique but varies according to the destination and the type of courier used. Armeria Olimpic Sport Srl will take care to keep this cost as low as possible in order to better satisfy its Customers.

The delivery of the items purchased by the Customer will be made to the delivery address indicated. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the country.

Please note that orders once entered cannot be cancelled if the “Status” of the order visible in your account indicates “Delivered to courier”.

Whatever the order and payment method, the Customer who has entered a VAT number in his account (before placing the order) will receive an invoice from Armeria Olimpic Sport Srl, which in turn keeps a numbered copy of each invoice issued. At the time of delivery, the Customer is required to check:

that the packaging including the enclosing materials (adhesive tape, metal strapping) is intact, undamaged, not wet, or in any way altered;
the number of packages delivered.

6. Returns

In accordance with the discipline dictated by Legislative Decree n.185 of 22 May 1999 (Italy), Armeria Olimpic Sport Srl guarantees the possibility to exercise the right of return within 10 working days from the delivery of the product. The right of return can only be exercised by natural persons acting for purposes not related to their professional activity. To withdraw from the purchase, the Customer must communicate this intention within and no later than 10 working days of receipt of the products.
This communication must be made by email to the following address ordini@armeriaolimpicsport.it .

In order to take advantage of the return, the items must not be used or damaged and must be kept intact in their original packaging complete with a receipt.

If the Customer has already received the product, it must be returned to Armeria Olimpic Sport Srl without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the day on which the withdrawal of the purchase was communicated. The deadline is respected if the Customer returns the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period. The Customer must send the products back at their own expense.

Armeria Olimpic Sport Srl will refund the cost of the product, within 14 days from the date of receiving the products from the Customer. The amount of the refund may vary according to the following cases:

it will be complete in the case of return of the undamaged goods in the original unopened and sealed packaging;
it will be no more than 70% of the value of the goods purchased in the case of return of the product no longer packaged or sealed;

These refunds will be made using the same means of payment used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless the Customer requests a refund on a different means of payment, in which case any additional costs arising from the different means of payment chosen by the Customer will be borne by the Customer.

The refund may be suspended until the receipt of the goods or until the Customer proves that the goods have been returned. Please note that the return delivery is under the full responsibility of the Customer, so you can choose between Couriers or Italian Post Office. The item must be sent to the operative headquarters: Armeria Olimpic Sport Srl, c/o Tiro a Volo Bettolino, S.P. 235 – 25030 Trenzano (BS).

It should be noted that in the event of a wrong item being sent, if the error is attributable to Armeria Olimpic Sport Srl, the armoury will refund the cost of transport or arrange for collection at the address provided by the Customer. Returned parcels with shipment costs charged to Armeria Olimpic Sport Srl will not be accepted.

7. Account

If you have registered once, your personal data is stored in our database. To access it, simply enter your username and password in the Login section. In the event of problems accessing your account, please contact us by phone at +39 030/9780111 or by e-mail at info@armeriaolimpicsport.it. Please note that our system recognizes lower and upper case letters as distinct characters.

8. Order status

The status of an order can be traced by writing to ordini@armeriaolimpicsport.it and requesting the link and the tracking number of the parcel.

9. Informations

Our Customer Service and Technical Staff are available free of charge to provide information via e-mail. Technical questions can be asked directly from the product page. The response time is 1-2 working days.

Assistance over the phone or via chat on WhatsApp on +39 335255075 takes place during these hours:

Customer Service / Administration: Monday closed / Tuesday – Saturday 9am-12pm/3pm-7pm / Sunday 9am-12pm/2.30pm-6pm.

10. Responsibility

Armeria Olimpic Sport Srl does not accept any responsibility for inefficiencies due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, even if they are due to Internet malfunctions, in the event that it is unable to execute the order within the time limits set out in the contract.

The availability of each item is for guidance only, it is not contractual and no responsibility can be attributed to the seller in case of unavailability of one or more products.

11. Website access

The Customer has the right to access the website for consultation and shopping. No other use, in particular commercial use, of the website or its content is permitted. The integrity of the elements of this website, whether sound or visual, and the related technology used remain the property of Armeria Olimpic Sport Srl and are protected by intellectual property rights.

12. Applicable law. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to Italian law.
Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Brescia, if the Customer is domiciled in the territory of the Italian Republic.

In the event of a dispute over goods or services purchased online within an EU country, you can consult the European Online Dispute Resolution website. The website is available in all EU languages and free of charge.

By filing a complaint through this website, the two parties shall determine the body that will deal with the dispute. Each body has its own rules and procedures and charges different rates. At each stage of the procedure, you can obtain help and information from the national desk.

Should one or more provisions of these T&C prove to be void, voidable, illegal or ineffective, this shall not result in the total ineffectiveness of the T&C. The ineffective provision(s) shall be replaced by another valid provision(s) in which the intention and content of the provision(s) is (are) taken into account in accordance with applicable law.

WARRANTY

All products marketed by Armeria Olimpic Sport Srl are covered by a contractual warranty from the manufacturers.

The warranty contract is stipulated between the Customer and the manufacturer at the time of purchase; the accompanying invoice or confirmation of the order and the warranty coupon, if any, shall be considered valid. The duration of the contractual warranty and its conditions vary depending on the manufacturer and the product, therefore it will be the Customer’s responsibility to read the warranty document carefully and keep it for the entire life of the purchased product.

Sarà possibile richiedere informazioni e/o prenotare l’arma desiderata inviando una mail all’armeria.

Al momento della prenotazione sarà cura dell’Armeria Olimpic Sport S.r.l. contattare il Cliente per confermare l’ordine ed indicare tempi e modalità per richiedere i permessi.

Le spese di spedizione saranno concordate al momento dell’acquisto prima di effettuare il pagamento.

Prima che venga comunicata la matricola dell’arma che si vuole acquistare, è necessario un anticipo pari al 30% dell’importo totale.

Responsabilità

Armeria Olimpic Sport S.r.l. non si assume responsabilità per i disservizi imputabili a cause di forza maggiore quali incendi, scioperi e/o serrate, incidenti, esplosioni, alluvioni, terremoti, ed altri similari eventi che impedissero, in tutto o in parte, di dare esecuzione al contratto nei tempi.

Carabine ad aria compressa di libera vendita

A differenza delle altre armi in catalogo, le carabine ad aria compressa sono di libera vendita, quindi acquistabili online.

Le carabine ad aria compressa possono essere ritirate presso l’Armeria Olimpic Sport Srl o, in alternativa, presso l’armeria di fiducia dell’acquirente.

In seguito al diffondersi delle armi ad aria compressa la normativa ha esteso le stesse regole previste per le armi comuni alle armi ad aria compressa sia ad alta potenza, sia inferiori ai 7,5 joule.
L’unico modo per poter ricevere armi è quella di richiedere il Nulla Osta alla Prefettura di appartenenza e di inviarlo in Armeria.

Nessun altro procedimento è legale, pertanto l’Ameria non acconsentirà a nessun’altra richiesta.

Si consiglia di diffidare da chiunque spedisca chiedendo solamente un documento identificativo. La vendita di un’arma ad aria compressa di libera vendita va effettuata potendo VERIFICARE DI PERSONA che l’acquirente sia lo stesso del documento, oltre la maggiore età. Questo tipo di controllo è inattuabile con la spedizione al domicilio.
